It contains 3 main active ingredients; mineral oil, beeswax and lanolin. Tender Care can be used on the hands, cuticles and elbows to soothe dry skin. It can be applied to the skin at the sides of eyes to help with sore or irritated skin and is widely used to provide relief from dry lips.

It has now been made available as a Tender Care Lip Balm in the shape of a lipstick to provide easier application to the lips. It still contains beeswax to nourish the lips and also contains olive oil to provide protection and echium oil to moisturise and soothe the lips.
